REFUND POLICY

At Socionomics Sdn Bhd, we are committed to providing high-quality educational and event experiences. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted for our programs, tickets, and digital products.


1. General Policy

All purchases made through SenangPay or other authorized channels are final unless otherwise stated in the offer or promotion.Due to the nature of our events and digital content, we generally do not provide refunds once payment is completed.


2. ExceptionsRefunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

• The event is canceled by Socionomics Sdn Bhd.

• A duplicate payment was made by mistake.

• The product or service was not delivered due to a verified technical issue.

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during purchase, typically within 14 business days.


3. Event Postponement or Replacement

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will automatically be transferred to the new date.

If you cannot attend the new session, you may request a replacement seat for another participant (subject to approval).


4. Digital Products and Online Programs

All digital products, online courses, or downloadable materials are considered delivered once payment confirmation is received.

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, lack of usage, or perceived value differences.


5. How to Request a Refund

• Email used for purchase

• Payment reference number

• Reason for refund request

Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
